Torn are a 3-piece experimental, groove based rock
band from the UK... The conception of 3 musicians, who have worked
together over the years, in various bands & recording projects...
TORN represents the melting pot that is their combined musical
characters... Elements of funk, Rock, weirdness!.....
"intricate, stylish, classy, sophisticated....having many layers,
experimental, funky - reminds me quite a lot of early Incubus...but
at the same time, very unique & individual ...
suped up & slick enough to make it in the year 2006... I can imagine
these guys live at a festival, bordering on what you'd expect in the
dance tent, anything goes with this stuff, it's freestyle, works on
many levels & it will appeal to a lot of people...."
