How to describe Jacanda without referring
to the obvious is not easy. Here are a few adjectives that may help,
acoustic, melodic, harmonic, and lastly...excellent. The collection of songs that
makes up the CD ‘Skimming Stones’ is well written, with intelligent lyrics
and unusual time signatures. The album is professionally recorded and having
played it quite a few times over the last month I must say that I don’t
dislike any track, or perhaps I should say that I very much like every track.
