Headlining tour and new single

 Northern Ireland’s award winning The Answer return with the release of a brand new single, ‘Into The Gutter’ on April 24^th through Albert Productions. Yet another slice of goodtime rock ‘n’ roll with their trademark bluesy vocals, shake your ass grooves and dynamic guitar solos, this live favourite perfectly puts them on the right track for mainstream success in 2006. And, with a support slot for Deep Purple at London’s Astoria already under their belt this year, The Answer continue their assault on the live circuit with a headlining tour this spring.  ‘Into The Gutter’ is the first fruit of their forthcoming debut album scheduled for a release in the summer. Produced by Andy Bradfield, Avril Mackintosh with the legendary George Young (from early AC/DC production team Vanda & Young) working in an executive capacity at London’s Olympic Studios (Studio 1, used by Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix etc) the album boasts 12 massive balls out rock ‘n’ roll tracks featuring a gospel choir and a 16-piece orchestra.
